Very sparsely equipped place. No kitchen equipment, laundry, spotty AC, 4 lights in the kitchen and no where else.

Nice building, easy to spend a short amount of time like the summer. Management seems disorganized and made things difficult but the building is in great condition.

The ability to live there for the summer and the view.

Very good location, lots of amenities such as Grant Park and the loop are extremely close by. The building overall is kept very clean and almost everyone are people who are interning downtown. Apartments are also very new and modern with a loft style feel.
