The building is quiet. Large complex that's about 90 - 100 years old. I can't tell how much is actually occupied and/or if it has been used for section 8 housing in the past. Neighborhood is "up and coming", but gentrifying very quickly. The building itself was purchased about one year ago by M Fishman Co., which has been doing significant work updating and "modernizing" the units. The street level space is completely unoccupied retail that does not seem to be on the forefront of the developers' minds. I like the character of the building and hope they can maintain the integrity of it in the future.

I like my apartment complex. It is a nice place to live, although rent could be a bit high, but that's what you must deal with when you live in a trendy neighborhood.

What did you like least?
I had to pay a $250 fee for the building to screw in my own air conditioner. I did not care for that. It would be nice if they had a/c installed within the units.
