As long as you are aware that living in the Loop means that the neighborhood shuts down for the weekends (basically), it is a great area to live in.

Good-quiet building. The loop is good because it's easy to get to any other neighborhood to hang out, but when you go home it's quiet. (Except for a few summer weeks that are crowded with tourists during the day.)

Fine. No swimming pool and a moderate gym if not worse. Its location is the exceptional aspect of the building.
What did you like most?
Location.
What did you like least?
No swimming pool and it is mixed use between office space and apartments.

Good, building is old but well-maintained. What do you like most: Proximity to work. What do you like least: Lack of amenities such as a pool or deck.
