It is a beautiful timber loft that is close to union, the loop, and the blue line. I am renting from the owner of the condo not from the building itself; however, the management company has been extremely helpful whenever I needed. The landlord is extremely responsive and very accommodating. My only complaint is the water is extremely hard; I had to put filters on both showers and kitchen sink and even then still have mineral build up.

Gym could be bigger, very hard water- mineral build up
