Loved living in Burnham Pointe for two years. A bit pricey but great unit/space/amenities/location and wonderful staff.
What did you like most?
The units are well appointed - great finishes and space. The availability of a 1 bed/1.5 bath is also a definite plus.
What did you like least?
Rent is high, especially if you don't regularly take advantage of the amenities.
Great building in an up and coming neighborhood
Good, can be a little dirty sometimes in common areas, gym can be much improved, no pool, deck is big and open and not crowded so that's nice
What did you like most?
Great location, very central. Dry cleaner is downstairs, relatively good value for size of space.
