Quiet and residential, easy management, overall a good experience
What did you like most?
The amount of space/location (1000+ sq/ft, right next to the beach) for the price ($1345 per month, including being pet-friendly)
What did you like least?
Parking situation. Building only comes with a few spaces, and there is a waitlist. Free street parking situation is better than a lot of neighborhoods in terms of ease of finding it, but can get difficult later at night
