Streeterville is mostly boring, but benefits well enough from being located near to River North. The building is old in comparison to other buildings in the neighborhood. Since the building was purchased by new owners a few years ago, the new management company has been trying to update as best they can, but ultimately, it is what it is -- an '80s building. Door staff are great, management is fine though often somewhat incompetent. Have not had significant troubles with neighbors or other residents in the building in general.

        What did you like most?

The rooftop deck is the best in the city for views. It warps 360 degrees around the top of the building and the building is taller than everything else in its area so that views are unimpeded. The view is by far the building's largest selling point, follow closely by Steven, one of the door staff.

        What did you like least?

There are only 4 elevators serving about 50 floors, and it seems like one breaks down every other week. Streeterville is boring. The units have old heating/AC units that work fine to keep you from freezing or sweating, but are pretty much incapable of being used for run-of-the-mill temperature management.

Great amenities, nice building, great views. Terrible elevator service. Aside from that it's a great place to live. What did you like: The amenities. The gym is very nice, and the open roof deck is amazing in the summer time. What did you like less: elevator wait times are horrendous. Apparently they are renovating, so not sure when or if it will improve.
