Overall pleased with building - rent $/square foot is expensive, but paying for convenience and hotel like amenities (towel service, pool, coffee bar, etc.)
What did you like most?
Can control own unit temperature, pool, sun deck, gym, proximity to train station and local restaurants.
What did you like least?
Poor cell phone reception in unit and the AC unit is loud.

Brand new building when we moved in so everything is modern and clean. The building puts on a lot of events for the residents.
