Excellent- it is a condo unit, fantastic amenities, generally quiet, but with a city feel.

Aqua is a glass construction (2009), full-amenity rental building in the heart of the New East side. A Iconic Chicago high rise with 82 stories, Aqua has great amenities, including one of the larger outdoor pooldecks in Chicago. All units have balconies. Only certain floors allow pets.

New East Side

New East Side Chicago is a residential community just east of the heart of the city. This neighborhood is made up of luxury condos and high-rise rentals that surround Lakeshore East Park. New East Side is situated downtown but remains secluded and is tucked away from tourists.
