We wanted a place where we knew we wouldn't have to worry about much, and it's exatly what we got.
What did you like most?
Living in a manged building is great for maintenance/packages/ammenities etc. Having space with good wifi and outlets to "work from home" is fantastic.
What did you like least?
I'm a little anoyed by the move out early policies, but it's the same as most places so no real complaints.

In general happy except with the management company, they've become increasingly difficult over the past year. very inflexible and irrational sometimes.

Very easy living situation. Brand new building. Management fixes problems immediately when they arise. Rent is slightly more expensive than other options, but worth it.
