AMLI Lofts is a new construction (2014), full-amenity rental building in Printer’s Row. Updated, loft-style building (many units have exposed brick). Very solid amenities and value for the location.

What Occupants Love

Great selection of dining options. Excellent in-unit temperature control and internet/Wi-Fi connectivity. Well maintained common areas. Building staff that go above and beyond.

What Occupants Love Less

Some residents believe rents are a bit pricey and units feel a little cramped. Other residents don't agree with some of the move out policies.

We wanted a place where we knew we wouldn't have to worry about much, and it's exatly what we got.

What did you like most?

Living in a manged building is great for maintenance/packages/ammenities etc. Having space with good wifi and outlets to "work from home" is fantastic.

What did you like least?

I'm a little anoyed by the move out early policies, but it's the same as most places so no real complaints.

In general happy except with the management company, they've become increasingly difficult over the past year. very inflexible and irrational sometimes.

Very easy living situation. Brand new building. Management fixes problems immediately when they arise. Rent is slightly more expensive than other options, but worth it.

What did you like most?

Clean, comfortable space.

What did you like least?

Smaller apartment than would be ideal.

Super overpriced but great amenities in a new building.

I absolutely love it. It's walking distance to literally every train line (blue, red, green, etc), it is super clean and up-kept, and there are tons of restaurants/shopping nearby.

What did you like most?

The quality of the building, the interior design and style of the common area, and the overall cleanliness.

What did you like least?

Elevators can be a bit slow
