Our experience has been very good at 933 W. Van Buren. We rented from a private landlord in the building for over two year before buying a large unit in another part of the same building. What do you like most: We're close to restaurants and nightlife but not sitting in the middle of it. The best of both worlds. What do you like least: Van Buren Street is ripe for further development which will come over time.
