We own our unit so we don't deal with landlords. However, our developer has been OK to deal with. He is still building things that were supposed to be done last summer. The main contractor is amazing though. He's always willing to help. The building is beautiful and everyone living in the six units get along well. We do have a problem with people stealing bikes so it's important for all unit owners to up our security on the building. We love our unit. It's a brand new build and it's perfect for us and right next to the belmont train stop but you can't hear it.

What did you like least?

We have problems with people stealing bikes and the area around the belmont line can be sketchy at night and early morning.
