The units are ok, definitely a bit overpriced. Most of the tenants are nice. Floors are a bit thin so any walking done above you is audible. Like how dog friendly they are. Don't like that the basement storage/laundry situation.

Big widows, they put a lot of work in to clean it up when I moved in.

Price and appliances.
