The location of the building has a lot of positives. It is right near several express bus routes that can take you to and from downtown so you don't have to walk to the L or drive. Broadway cuts right through as a major throughfare to get you where you need to go. It is close to Lakeview but not right in the middle of everything so it is fairly quiet and easy going in the evenings. The building was recently rehabbed and there are new amenities in the bathroom and kitchen.
What did you like most?
The location and the overall quietness in the building.
What did you like least?
They changed our locks so now we only have one deadbolt instead of two. The locks feel a little flimsy which doesn't make me feel the safest since there have been thefts in the building.
