Building management of this building has been absolutely terrible. My radiators weren't working at the beginning of winter and it took 6 weeks to get someone to come out and fix it. Our washers were broken for 2 full months and every week the management said "it'll be fixed next week." I had several other issues in my apartment for which the building maintenance person ignored my calls for 1-2 weeks before responding.

What did you like most?

I really liked my actual unit, despite the terrible management of the building. Great space and great neighborhood.

What did you like least?

Building management hands-down. Terrible. I would strongly advise against living in any of their buildings; they were completely unresponsive.
