Boystown- able to walk to express-bus to downtown or to red line... and can see wrigley field from the back. Nice apartment with high ceilings- makes heating difficult in winter but beautiful living space. Older building with floors not-quite level but lovely original hardwood & around windows/doors. Classic Chicago walkup.
