This building is a traditional 3 floor walk-up. It's nice sized but I definitely pay more the location, which is fine by me since the location is fantastic. I had a really great property manager until June (she left the company) who would respond immediately to emails and coordinate with the maintenance team. The maintenance team was also great- they often came within a few days of a new request. It was also great to have the option to pay rent and submit requests through an online portal. They also had an app that you can manage things through, which was helpful. I also got lucky in that I knew the previous occupants so I was able to contact the company immediately to view it, so my search was very easy.
What did you like most?
Location/Neighborhood- Lakeview is awesome It's great to have heat included in the rent All the units have nice-sized decks too
What did you like least?
My new manager is not as great- she doesn't respond quickly to emails and seems to be out of the office quite a bit. The laundry is also detached (so you have to walk outside via the back steps to get to it, which is annoying in the winter.
