Management is unresponsive and only responds after multiple complaints, if ever.
What did you like most?
Location is nice (close to lake, El, nice neighborhood), rent is cheap, the apartment is nice despite the lack of improvements.
What did you like least?
Apartment is outdated and needs to be redone from top to bottom, no working buzzer, front door often left unlocked,
