Overall I've had a very positive experience in my building. The units can get a bit too warm, especially over the summer, but the winters are very cozy. There is limited parking in the area but GREAT public transportation access. Any time that I have needed something fixed or altered in my apartment, the management have gotten to it within 24-48 hours.
What did you like most?
The area is vibrant but not over-loud (with the exception of Pride Parade day) and I love how safe and clean it feels.
What did you like least?
The lack of parking and limited shower space.
