Aside from the complete lack of communication from the landlord, my experience has been good. Because there's been so little back and forth, all maintenance to the apartment has been simply done by us and removed from that month's rent, which makes it easy to make sure things get done when they need to.

What did you like most?

The price is uncannily affordable for the size of the apartment.

What did you like least?

The lack of communication is the worst part, but only early on in our lease. Once realizing that the landlord had no interest in actually being a part of a discussion, doing what needed to get done without having to bounce it off the LL made things a lot easier.
