Overall good. This building is a condo unit and only owners are allowed to live here. So no renting out. The HOA is run by people who live in the building, so management is dependent upon who is elected each year. There have been a few incidents. We have one really fussy annoying neighbor who wants to control everything and we have one neighbor who is a bit rowdy and rude, but everyone else is nice. Kind of keep to themselves, but talk to you if they see you in the hall. The condo provided Internet is not that strong, but if you get your own it is fine.
What did you like most?
Mostly I like that I own it and can do what I want with it. I lover how close it is to everything; no car is needed. There are tons of restaurants and dive bars. The water is only 3 blocks away. It is bike friendly and LGBT friendly. There are lots of families present in the area.
What did you like least?
Very hard to park a car.
