Unresponsive landlord, does not turn the heat on early enough or hot enough, building and units are in a state of disrepair, maintenance people don't speak english and are hard/impossible to reach neighborhood is boring but at least is close to the red line- price of rent keeps rising

washer/dryer in the basement. fairly cheap rent for a big space.

dirty condition on move in, unresponsive landlord, heat problems
