Very good - great landlord and decent management. Only real complaint is that dates for maintenance frequently change which can be inconvenient - eg. garage power washing, balcony painting, etc.

What did you like most?

Great building for suburb commuters due to proximity to Union Station and Ogilvie

What did you like least?

Still feel like you're in the Loop - need to go a couple of blocks west for a bars/restaurants and a more neighborhood feel

It has been excellent so far. Moving in was easy and setting up everything for the condo was fairly straightforward. It should be noted that I own the condo that I'm referring to in this survey. However, up to 30% of my building is eligible to rent at anytime, so I've tried to answer from the perspective of someone who would be renting from an individual owner.

i own this condo so there are other issues to deal with such as a condo board association and association dues which is my only complaint about the building - if you cannot attend the meetings you cannot help to vote or select the board - therefore the board is VERY BAD! :) a small portion of this building is owners who rent I believe 15% is the cap on renters
