Amazing unit quality, new & well maintained, and great size for a great price. Small building w/o amenities in a conveniently located neighborhood with enough to do. Surrounding neighborhoods can be unsafe, but I have never had any bad experiences and my block/surrounding area has always felt safe.

Space & quality for the price (great value), close proximity to both train and lakefront
