Great location and pretty good amenities; jr. one bedroom apartment was spacious; door staff and management could be more helpful/courteous.

Which makes it one of the more unique Chicago neighborhoods.

Gold Coast Chicago housing options are mostly high rises, both old and new, that almost always have spectacular views of Lake Michigan. Despite high prices, there are good deals to be found in older buildings that have been well-kept.
