Unremarkable, but in a good way. The building has some very basic conveniences but the superintendents do them well and reliably.
What did you like most?
Location. Elevators. Lobby. Package holding.
What did you like least?
Price -- I fully recognize that I'm paying for the location and not for a great unit or amenities.

Fine. Had some issues with maintenance work in my unit that dirtied up my unit (they did reimburse me for cleaning). Maintenance staff weren't the most pleasant but they were okay generally. Good spot and location, though wish the rent costs hadn't gone up.
