I have had an awesome experience at my condo. In upstate NY I had issues with flooding, bugs and rodents with very minimal help to alleviate the situations.
What did you like most?
I like that the building is quite and extremely well maintained.
What did you like least?
The amenitties: all I have is a Washer/Dryer unit in the basement and a storage unit.
