Good building, quiet neighbors, lots of owners (few renters), good deal for cheap rent.
What did you like most?
Size of living spaces, clean surrounding area, deck/fire escape area, cheap rent.
What did you like least?
No central air (use window units and radiators). Kitchen is very narrow.

It's a good value in a nice neighborhood. It was an owner-occupied condo for about 10 years before I moved in so many of the finishes are nice and it was generally well maintained. It's spacious enough for 2 people to live here comfortably. Main complaints: narrow kitchen and no central HVAC. (Window units and radiators get the job done but aren't ideal.
