I live in a lovely 2-bed 2-bath condo. My roommate is the owner of the unit, and on the board, so I'm aware of most of what goes on. It's a nice area, pretty quiet, but with plenty of my favorite places in the city nearby. Being between Andersonville and Lakeview is excellent.
What did you like most?
My view! And the building is very pretty.
What did you like least?
There aren't many amenities - no doorman, no gym, no package room. So sometimes the entry is cluttered with mail, and sometimes packages are missing/misplaced. But there isn't a large enough entrance for a doorman or anything like that. I also wish we had a gym.
