Really enjoy living in this building. The neighborhood is quiet, and despite it being near a not-so-great neighborhood, I've always felt safe in my immediate neighborhood and building. Other people who live in the building are very friendly and social, and the doorstaff are wonderful.
What did you like most?
Safety and convenience.

Not enough restaurants to walk to and far from the trains (15 minute walk).

Overall, pretty great. The unit's management company is absolutely TERRIBLE. First time experience dealing with a property management company and they were terrible.

My experience at this building has been wonderful. The doormen are polite and responsible, and we have great amenities in the building. Neighbors are distant, but everyone is very quiet and courteous. Beautiful views of the lake, and a short distance to all lakefront activities. The only problem is that after dark, the area just north of my building gets sketchy. I don't like to be in the neighborhood alone after dark.

I love the views of the lake, close proximity to the lakefront path, safety of the doormen, and private pool/patio in the summer.
What did you like least?
I dislike the neighborhood after dark.
