Old building with drafty windows and bad insulation - makes for VERY cold winters in Chicago. Building is poorly maintained except for monthly cleaning service that does a sub par job. Main entrance to building lacked adequate security measures. Front lawn/gated area was never maintained and routinely filthy with trash, debris, and pet waste.
What did you like most?
Indoor decor (exposed brick, updated kitchen, hardwood floors, gas stove/heating, included washer/dryer.)
What did you like least?
Lack of building maintenance, lack of security, noisy neighbors, poor insulation (you could hear your neighbor's conversations - the walls were paper thin!)
