Mgmt took 2 months to add our names to the mailbox. The building can be noisy; I can hear our neighbors (both up and down) quite well, and the pipes creak and wake us up. The building itself is clean and quiet. The unit is clean, modern, and very nice. Units are individually owned so experiences will vary; our landlord is very chill. The proximity to El and highway is fantastic.
