Nice and quiet condo building (6 units) in Wrigleyville. I believe all tenants are professionals, ages range from about 26 to about 60 yrs. I do not really like living in Wrigleyville because of the persistant cubs traffic, but it is nice to live in an energetic part of town.
What did you like most?
Good location to CTA, bars, Whole Foods, Quads Gym (best gym in Chicago).
What did you like least?
Not very good fast-casual food options. Need to consider cubs traffic for street parking for most of the year. Building is owned by an HOA of 6 condos, so major repairs can sometimes take a while to get done (for exmaple we have a major plumbing renovation that has been going on for 9 months. )
