3708 N Sheffield Ave Apartments

I like living here. It's a condo building and I rent from an individual who owns just the one unit. Each unit is a little different since it is an older building and a condo building, different owners have done different renovations. Some units are owned by management companies, the one next to mine is owned by Peak Properties and I know resident has had some issues with them. I think most units are occupied by renters but owners live in the building as well. Coin laundry in the basement is okay. It's very close to Wrigley so it does get loud in the neighborhood, but inside it is pretty quiet. Some units get lit up by the ballpark lights, but even night games usually end around 10 so it's not too bad. Street parking can be difficult.
