Nice, small apartment in a family neighborhood. Close to the Addison Blue Line which made commuting into the city easy. The only problem was the building was old and the furnace stopped working during the winter. It had to be fixed twice. Hopefully they've replaced it by this time.
What did you like most?
Close to the blue line which made it easy to get to downtown, Wicker Park, Logan Square, etc. It also came with a garage parking space at no extra cost which was great!
What did you like least?
Furnace broke down. It was fixed each time, but hopefully they have replaced it by now.
