Great location, right by the train, the grocery store, the gym, etc. No real communal space at all but the amenities within the unit are nice with a fireplace, in unit washer dryer, granite countertops and stainless appliances. Wrigley Field can be fun two walk past on game day, or annoying to be in such a crowd (depends on how my day at work went really).
What did you like most?
See above, amenities were everything I was looking for and the location was less than a 10 minute walk to everything and priced reasonably. The only reason we moved was to add a third bedroom but this place checked all the boxes otherwise.
What did you like least?
Once we said we were moving out, the landlord started scheduling apartment viewings with little to no warning (half an hour one time). Otherwise no complaints.
