The experience in this unit was good, however, that was mostly due to just the amount of space in the unit and neighborhood. There were not any additional amenities outside common laundry and bike storage, but that wasn't what we were looking for at the time. One thing to keep an eye out for are the utility payments as it's an older building with seemingly leaky windows; something we didn't factor into our monthly payments when we signed on.
What did you like most?
The location and size. Spacious apartment for a 2 bed, 1 bath; the full living and dining room with big windows as well as large bedrooms were great. We never felt cramped or crowded even though it was an older building/layout.
What did you like least?
Creaky floors and leaky windows - the kitchens and bathrooms were updated maybe 5 years ago, but the rest of the unit could benefit from similar.
