3160 N Cambridge Ave Apartments

I've only been living here for about two weeks, so don't have a thorough sense of the building. The neighborhood is great- tons of dining options (either quick or sit-down) and places to socialize as well as access to a lot of public transportation options. It's a nice mix of an active neighborhood that's not as rowdy as some other parts of Lakeview. The building itself doesn't have any frills (besides an elevator if that can count). It's a bit older (built 1970 and showing its age in the halls) but has the basics and feels safe. The units are similar- nothing fancy and definitely not the quality you would get from a condo, but all of the basics are there and it's not dingy in my opinion. While some people may prefer something a little more upscale, the great location and amount of space for a reasonable price make it worth it for me.
