The apartment is very spacious and in a great location.
What did you like most?
The location of the apartment.
What did you like least?
Because it's the basement unit, cell reception and wi-fi strength can get weak sometimes.

It's an older building that has some issues. The landlords takes okay care of it, but I think wants to invest as little as possible.
What did you like most?
The open layout, location in the neighborhood, renovated kitchen, in-unit washer and dryer and gas forced air/heat.
What did you like least?
The plumbing is aweful. The building is older and you can tell. It shifts and settles from winter to summer and it's hard to closer and open doors sometimes. It could use a paint job.
