It's a very old 3-story building so it naturally lacks a lot of modern amenities, i.e. elevator, enough wall outlets, heating/cooling is inconsistent. But for what it is, it's very well taken care of and has great windows and room sizes. I feel like it's a little over-priced, but I think everything in Chicago is over-priced.
What did you like most?
The amount of windows and size of the apartment overall.
What did you like least?
The neighborhood is very quiet and farther from nightlife and the CTA blue line than I typically like to be. It also seems to be in a neighborhood that isn't completely safe to walk around alone late at night. It's a decent place to live, but I'll be looking for something better when my lease is up next summer.

The layout was awesome. Space was great for the price. This was my favorite apartment in Chicago, and I've lived in three. Please note I no longer live there since I left the state for grad school.
What did you like most?
The layout made sense and there was a ton of room. Living room, dining room, bedroom, bathroom, newly renovated kitchen, archways, big shared porch. Location was quiet and in walking distance from Armitage and restaurants/bars in Logan Square. Easy to get anywhere by car.
What did you like least?
4th floor walk-up. Would have had to get an A/C unit if I had been able to stay in the summer since there was no central air. Sometimes finding parking in front of the apartment was difficult. If I cared about proximity to the El, then that would likely be my biggest issue.
