It's a great place to live. The building is well maintained in a nice neighborhood.

The location and quality of the building.

What did you like least?

The heat. It is radiant heating so individual units can't control it. It gets very hot in the winter and most people open their windows a little bit to get by. That being said, I would much rather have it too hot than too cold in winter.

Have continued to live here for almost 3 years so really like it. The building is a very young professional crowd, which we love. All of the basic amenities without the cost of a pool.

Rooftop deck is awesome.

What did you like least?

Management can be grouchy but they get the job done.

Love my building, unit and all the surrounding areas. Perfect with a bus stop right outside and a grocery store in the building. On-site laundry and garage are super convenient.

We enjoyed living there, the neighborhood is fantastic, the views from the unit of the lake were great, and the building overall is very nice (garage, rooftop deck and grills, etc...)
