Really liked the apartment overall, it was a great size (1,500 sq-ft) with 2 bedrooms and 1.5 baths. Lived above 404 Wine Bar, noise really didn't bother us at all. Lived in the place several years and considered staying longer.
What did you like most?
The rent was very reasonable for the quality and size of the place. Rent increased 1 time in 4 years in the building.
What did you like least?
No balcony, landlord was difficult to deal with.
