Disliked landlord. Building manager was great. Leaky faucet never got fixed. Smoke smell in my bathroom that never went away. Older building but good amenities such as card laundry, trash room on each floor, small deck, cool loft style apartments.
What did you like most?
Trash on each floor so didn't have to take trash downstairs.
What did you like least?
Landlord.
