Good we renewed our lease once and if we weren't moving out of state would have renewed again.
What did you like most?
The size of the apartment, the area around the apartment, and the updated kitchen
What did you like least?
The super can be unresponsive at times. Occasionally noise can be an issue.

Management is easy to work with and the location is great. close to a lot of bars and restaurants and is very safe.

I have very much enjoyed my apartment complex. We have a very homey feeling apartment that needed slight improvement for winter that were easily completed by us (I.e. taping windows). The surrounding area can be dangerous - I was mugged and battered on my way to my car for work last year - but overall I feel safe with necessary precautions.
What did you like most?
The size and set up of our apartment rooms is very functional and helped us feel really at home. We are near parks and good eateries as well as downtown.
What did you like least?
The fact that it is a big city and that no place is truly "safe". But that is really true for all of Chicago and most places.

Lincoln Park

Just north of Old Town, Lincoln Park is one of the largest and most popular Chicago neighborhoods– and for good reason. Most residents are a short distance away from some of the best nightlife, dining, lakefront parks, shopping, and tree-lined streets in the entire city. It combines all the best aspects of a close-knit community with the appeal of the big city. This means rental prices can be high.

Residents live mostly in walk-ups, but there are quite a few high-rises, especially near the lake. Lincoln Parkers are spoiled with their close proximity to the lake and ample running and biking trails. Lincoln Park has the second largest shopping concentration in the city: ranging from high-end boutiques to secondhand resale shops.

Lincoln Park also offers public tennis and basketball courts, baseball and softball diamonds, and soccer fields that are used recreationally and by intramural leagues. Weekends can be spent strolling through the Lincoln Park Zoo, hitting a bucket of golf balls at the Diversey Bay Harbor, or heading to Lakeview or The Loop easily via the Brown Line.
