The apartments are great, nice-looking and updated, but the floors are very poorly maintained. The building is more than 100 years old, and it's cold and the windows leak air badly. I lived in a corner bedroom and no matter how high I turned up the central heat, it felt like I couldn't get my room's ambient temperature above 67 (this in single-digit cold outside); my floor was always freezing. Walk out into the common areas, and room temperature is 8 degrees warmer. Don't live here if you want to be comfortable in the winter.
