Wonderful! I live in the latino ghetto of Chicago (Little Village) purposefully to improve my community. No nightlife or parties or pools, etc. It's mostly undocumented migrant workers and poor minorities who are looking for a chance for a better life.
What did you like most?
My community.
What did you like least?
Occasional loud music on the block.

I love my neighborhood but is definitely the "hood", however, I live here by choice. The landlord is not very involved and the building isn't really that safe except he installed cameras after a break-in.

The really cheap rent!

Crummy washer and drier that we still have to pay for
