Neighborhood is awesome, building is old and not well insulated, right next to L stop and main street so pretty loud. But worth it to live in heart of the city

The neighborhood is up and coming but there are certainly some "sketchiness" now and then. The unit itself has a ton of square footage and is reasonably priced. It's one of only two, and the landlord just recently converted the other unit to an Airbnb. Overall I enjoy living there and think the area will only get better.
