Great location, cheap apartment, but lower quality amenities (e.g., old linoleum tiling, old cabinets, not a ton of community space.)
What did you like most?
I loved the back deck. It was a fantastic place to hang out and have a beer on a quiet afternoon or throw a party on a summer night. I also loved the location. Tons of stuff to do for someone in their early 20s. Great bars. Great food.
What did you like least?
The apartment itself left something to be desired, but you get what you pay for. The amenities and appliances were old, the building was susceptible to ant infestations; really, this apartment was a place for young people. But it was awesome nonetheless.
