It's been good overall. Being across from the zoo can cause a lot of traffic in the summer and winter for Zoo Lights, but overall is great.
What did you like most?
The deck gives an amazing view of the lake and skyline.
What did you like least?
I don't like not being able to adjust the heat in my place.
I own my condo and love the building, staff and neighborhood. There are a large number of renters who love it as well. What do you like most: Rooftop deck and location can't be beat. What do you like least: Heat is radiators and air conditioning is window units...pretty normal for a historic buildings though.
Love the building, staff, and pay a great rate.

Near 2052 N Lincoln Park W
Just north of Old Town, Lincoln Park is one of the largest and most popular Chicago neighborhoods– and for good reason. Most residents are a short distance away from some of the best nightlife, dining, lakefront parks, shopping, and tree-lined streets in the entire city. It combines all the best aspects of a close-knit community with the appeal of the big city. This means rental prices can be high.
Residents live mostly in walk-ups, but there are quite a few high-rises, especially near the lake. Lincoln Parkers are spoiled with their close proximity to the lake and ample running and biking trails. Lincoln Park has the second largest shopping concentration in the city: ranging from high-end boutiques to secondhand resale shops.
Lincoln Park also offers public tennis and basketball courts, baseball and softball diamonds, and soccer fields that are used recreationally and by intramural leagues. Weekends can be spent strolling through the Lincoln Park Zoo, hitting a bucket of golf balls at the Diversey Bay Harbor, or heading to Lakeview or The Loop easily via the Brown Line.
