we like our apartment but the neighborhood is not great. Sometimes can feel unsafe at night in our west rogers park locale and also sometimes feels too far from downtown chicago, not many options within walking distances to hang out at for food & drinks would like to be able to pay our rent with venmo those are complaints but we still have decided to stay in unit another year because it's a nice unit and would rather stay than deal with the hassle of moving
What did you like most?
large unit with washer/ dryer, dishwasher, fireplace, etc. got a lot of space for reasonable price. the two dining options nearby are great just limited options Paying for the apartment rather than for the location
What did you like least?
location, long walk to red line stop at Howard - wish we were closer walk to public transportation
